To my knowledge, OG is currently having its Anniversary Sales hence most items are on discount from 10-20%. Takashimaya is also having its Mid-Autumn Sale, discount ranging from 10-30%?! So dear friends and mommies you might want to check out the prices first at either OG or Taka before purchasing the items you wish to purchase. And oh, I happened to walk pass Isetan too, they are currently having Sales also.. but I'm not so sure about their discount range.

Here, let me reveal Doudou's little corner, his piling stack of stuffs...

So far, still lack of a Baby Cot and Stroller for Doudou and we are almost ready to receive Doudou's Arrival. =) Any kind souls would like to contribute? Teehees. =p

Throughout my whole pregnancy process, I think the most enjoyable part is shopping and buying stuffs for Doudou. As my belly grow bigger and bigger, Doudou's kicks get stronger and stronger... all this makes me realized the happiness and unhappiness of being a mommy. The privileges and difficulties of being a pregnant lady. Most importantly, I get to learn and understand the greatness of being a mommy. For all the efforts and sacrifices one is very willing to make for the sake of its child.

I used to be a rather selfish type of girl... in the past while I was working, I won't deny that I tend to see that monthly shopping and self-satisfying to fulfill my own contentment is so much more important than giving home allowance to my mother, even when I know that she's in need that small portion of monthly income.

I never tried to understand why my parents is able to sacrifice so much so willingly. They always scrimp and save on their daily life's expenses, like food and clothing just to provide us with the extra cash we need.

Now that I am a soon-to-be mommy of my own, I finally understand the greatness in my parents, their never ending care and concern, their huge sacrifices made is all for the sake of me and my sis's well-being. Just like now, the way I sacrifice very willingly for my little Doudou. =]





Something rather cute and funny to share with you about my little Doudou before I end today's post...

The other night I was resting in bed, while Dou Daddy busy digging out coins from his wallet, then he took a 50cents coin and placed it on my belly, saying "Doudou, you see, Daddy give you 50cents to put in your piggy bank ok?" And Doudou responded by moving a little in my womb... Then Dou Daddy continued, placing a dollar coin on my belly and asked... "Or Doudou, Daddy give you 1dollar instead of 50cents? Or you want both 1dollar and 50cents?" And then Doudou kicks harder in my womb then before... till Dou Daddy removed 1dollar coin and placed it back on my belly again... Doudou kicks vigorously lor. -.-|||

Immediately I yelled at Dou Daddy... "You see lar, anyhow teach your son, Doudou haven't come out already so money-minded." *Shake Head*

And oh, I think when Doudou is out, he will have the keen-to-learn character... not those music talented kind. The reason why I come to such conclusion is because the other day while I waiting for my turn for checkup at my Gynae's, there's a pregnant woman switching the 'ABC-learning application' on her Iphone to her 2year old son to play. While her son presses, any of the alphabets, there will be melody coming out... going 'A', 'B', 'C' or 'D'... somehow I think the melody amuses Doudou cause each time the little boy presses the key, Doudou keeps kicking... till the little boy accompanied his mommy into the Gynae's room.. then Doudou stop kicking. But the moment the boy is out with the 'ABC' melody, he starts kicking again. LOL!! How funny.

So I mentioned this to my mom and sis, and both went to bought Doudou music stuffs. My Sis bought Doudou a Musical Box to hang in the stroller/playpen/crib... it will produce music when you pull the string. And my Mom bought Doudou a Ultra-man Electric Lantern that will produce music too when you on it. Both bought home and keeps playing with it near my belly while I was seating the sofa watching TV... but Doudou only moves a little and completely got no respond after that.. no matter how my Mom and Sis keeps poking my belly, calling him. >.<'''
All in all, real funny and cute to me, I felt about my Doudou. Hahas! My little Doudou knows how to respond to the surrounding noise and can even recognized us calling him 'Doudou'. =]

Ahh... my precious son, we are all anticipating for your arrival. =D
